Angelique Hernandez, AIA, CDT is a partner and principal architect at Vermilion Architects with 21 years of experience. She is a lead designer and project manager. Recently she achieved DBE status for the firm and is enrolled in a Peerspective program with SBDLA. Professional organization memberships include AIA South Louisiana and CSI Acadiana. Ms.Hernandez is a past president and serves as a director for CSI Acadiana.She has been involved with planning the CSI Fall Seminar for the past 10 years.
Ms. Hernandez has worked on St. Martin Parish School Board projects her entire career. She has been lead designer on the Cade Park master plan since 2005 which has included site, building and athletics planning. Her experience also includes Schools K-12, Colleges and Universities, Offices, Restaurants, Places of Worship, Healthcare, Civic Buildings, Medical Office, Residential, Libraries and Art galleries.


David Hamer, AIA is a designer and project leader and has been practicing architecture since 1995. Mr. Hamer has worked on St. Martin Parish School Board projects for 21 years. Over the years, he has worked on Tracks, Site planning, Office Buildings, Schools, Restaurants, Places of Worship, Healthcare, Civic Buildings, Medical Offices, Residential and more.

Mr. Hamer is able to quickly produce three dimensional models in order to produce more complete and thorough design critiques with others in the firm. Over the years he has accumulated a thorough knowledge of the building process and the ability to produce complete technical drawings with relative ease.
